How does your system work?
Members submit search requests to us via the web. All of the searches are real time and results are instantaneous. Searching by wildcard, address, or common name may result in slower than normal response times.
Who uses First InfoSource?
Our clients represent a wide variety of industries and range in size from small proprietorships to multibillion dollar concerns. Any business that emphasizes quality personnel and/or loss prevention is a viable background information user.
Access to First InfoSource is restricted to information professionals who must qualify for the service. Our subscriber base includes legal, professional, and insurance industry professionals, and Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies.
How can I view or print a detailed invoice?
You can view or print a detailed invoice by selecting the "account" icon located on the top-right of the firstinfosource.com homepage. Simply enter the account credentials that were provided at the time your account was created and you can view or print a detailed invoice. Please note that detailed information is only available for historical activity. The current month's activity is unavailable until after the first of the following month (or after you receive your invoice).”
Where do you get your information?
We purchase data suppliers and repositories collecting for a multitude of purposes. Currently, the DMV information is purchased directly from the State repository.
How up-to-date is the information that I will receive from you?
Missouri data is updated every day; thus, all information is current as possible. If a field in a record is blank, it is due to the fact that we are presenting the exact information that is provided to us by the State repository.
